Description
This cache model provides a way to store subscribers that were reached during message deliveries. Different time windows and criterias for users to appears in such lists may be configured during SubscribersReach initialization.
It also contains a list of channels by which messages were delivered to users. This list is used by the reach-extraction service to detect the possibility of sent snapshots creation.
